Well after initial troubles setting up my blog here it is!
Friday was the first session of the Developing Leaders Programme at Biddulph High School and has left plenty to think about. This blog will narrate my journey on this programme and give me the chance to reflect, something as a teacher I don't have time to do! First thing on my list, set myself a project.
